As I work as an commissioning guy , i know the difficulties you encounter during the works. Actually me also tried very hard to figure out the problems. so what i found is, there are several kind of tools and tool sets you can use.

Each tool has its own function. And one important thing is do not use multi tool for your regular works. Its for emergency purposes.

If we want to have correct tool for the correct job , you should have a good understanding about the tools available. Now a days many type of tools are available.

The main thing is selecting your tools / tool sets.

You have to carry it around. So the weight must be taken into account.
The tool quality also is a big issue which can make the job harder instead of making it easier.
We are not buying much more things. But when you are buying, you have to buy good quality one. So when you buy online its difficult to understand the quality unless its a trusted brand.

But the trusted brands are so expensive. Now we are trying to figure out which are the better one in the cheap or moderate ones.
As our company has many technician employees , we are trying to buy these things and try them our self. its worth researching because , if we could set a "single selected tool set" from different sites and different available sets, its a major manpower reducing factor. Because we believe the tools makes the job faster and easier. This will keep out technicians happy, and most importantly they will be satisfied by their good job.

Tools effect the job quality also.

So as we purchase and use these tools, I would like to share our findings in the site so that every one can efficiently use their manpower.

the first thing in the list will be a TOOL BELT.

The tool belts are so handy that when we are in some extreme positions we just want a place to keep the tool. May be to hold the work or just scratch your head. And having a tool belt allows you to have a bunch of tools available with you all the time you work.

This tool belt we used for two weeks before i am posting this. this is a cheap one. We can keep almost all needed tools with us. It has a Zipped pocket for tiny things and drawings.

The main things we felt are

It is convenient while we are in heights.

Holds tight to our bellies.

Taking the tool and replacing the tools are easy as it is open.

There are 7 pockets

The material used are good quality. it guaranties a good life span.

We have to take care replacing the tools back to the belt because some pockets are bigger. so there is a chance of falling down.

This tool belt is not recommended to use while in heights and people are working below. The falling tools are a big safety hazard.

As it is open type its very dangerous if we skid over something.

Other vise it is a nice tool belt. You can use this one as your first tool belt. Its a cheap one.

We got this one from amazone. last 2 months we tested this one. It is little expensive. But we would say its worth it. If you found the quality of the material then you would know. It will last your life time.
